Decorate a rock with positive messages, happy faces, or just bright colors. Then place your rock where it can brighten someone's day or take it home to lift your own spirits whenever you need a reason to smile.

Come to decorate anytime all day from 10 am to 4 pm on alternating Fridays, June 29, July 13, & July 27.

Bash the Trash Concert & Make-and-Take Session!

Bash the Trash returns to Riverdale!

Using musical instruments made from trash and other repurposed material, this concert will be full of fabulous music and science fun on Saturday, July 21st at 11 am. Then stay for the Make-and-Take session so you can learn how to build your own instrument from recycled material after the show!

Open to ages 4 and up.

Sponsored by the Department of Public Works.

What is Music: A Workshop

Ms. Claudia of Touch the Music returns with a chance for you to explore where music comes from, how it affects our lives, and what people like about it!

You'll get to see a number of different musical instruments and have the chance to try them all on Thursday, July 26th at 4 pm.

Calling Star Wars fans of all ages!

Join us for a morning of Star Wars crafts, games, & most special of all, a return visit from the 501st Legion, a dedicated group of Star Wars fans who make their own authentic Star Wars costumes and will come dressed in them for the day on Saturday, August 4th at 11 am.
