Chess Club

Want to learn how to play chess? Need someone to play against? Did you come earlier this year and want to keep playing this spring?

Then come to Chess Club (nearly) every Thursday at 4 pm in May and June (except 6/14)! Ms. Kate will be able to teach you the basics of the game, if you don't know them already, and will continue to provide the boards and competition.

Delaware Valley Raptor Center Visit

Have you ever wanted to see a hawk, eagle, falcon, or owl? What if you got to see all these magnificent birds up close and in person? You can at the library this summer!

Come to meet five raptors and learn about how they hunt and adapt and how the Center rescues and heals injured birds like these so they can reenter the wild. Don’t miss this spectacular raptor experience on Thursday, July 12th at 7 pm.
