New Jersey – Crossroads of the American Revolution Presentation

May 11 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
Free

As we celebrate the 250th anniversary of America’s founding, join local historian Jim Segrave-Daly for a lively discussion about the pivotal role that New Jersey played.  With more than 90 military engagements in the state during the Revolution, actions taken by Loyalists & Patriots contributed greatly to America’s ultimate victory.  Strategically located between British-controlled New York & the Continental capital of Philadelphia, New Jersey was critical to supplying both armies with support, materiel, & intelligence.

Jim Segrave-Daly (thelocalhistorygeek.com) has presented to libraries & civic organizations nationwide.  He is an active member of the Radnor Historical Society, American Revolution Roundtable of Philadelphia, America250PADelco, Founding Forward, & a volunteer history teacher.
